Though I like a lot this type of game to chill, I'm not feeling this artstyle. Garden of the Sea might be my choice as it seems more... Cute lol
What are your CEC settings like?Right, I might be going mental but does anyone else have the issue of, when turning the headset on, Sky Q Pauses? Its the 3rd time now
Mac in VR impressions of PSVR2 and GT7. He’s very impressed.
I'm sure overtime this issue will be solved. My problem has come from the fact that you can't demo this hardware before you buy. No one I know owns this thing and they don't setup demo stations in store. I almost feel like they do this because people wouldn't be as impressed as the marketing or influencers make you think it is. I bought this headset with no prior experience in VR but I would say my decision was pretty heavily influenced by people saying how crisp and clear this thing was. There's no way to demonstrate the actual quality of the picture inside the unit without just going all in, which I regret a bit now.
I feel a bit duped to be honest and I wish reviewers were more accountable with how they represent this technology. Like I said in my previous post, I think it's fine to call it crisp and clear if that's followed up with a "in relation to older hardware" because it certainly doesn't look anything like a 4K TV or anything like that, it looks like I have my eyes pressed up against a 720p monitor.
I dont mean to sound negative I just feel a bit annoyed that I led myself down this road, it was an expensive experiment that I feel has backfired on me.
And this is why vr will never dominate
It's like digital crack. 10/10, would recommend. Banging tracks, looks great, nice little workout. One of those "Go on, one more go" games.
I genuinely dislike most of influencers, everything is always so clickbaity (for good or for bad). Why would PSVR2 end PCVR, ffs?! That's not reasonable, nor necessary, as VR actually needs to have everyone on board to become more relevant and have a bigger market.
Moss Book I and II is not available as a bundle in Europe as far as I can tell. I haven't played either of the games, is it worth buying them both or should I just buy the second game?
Some people may think the GT7 in PSVR2 stuff is hype, but it's real. I just started it this weekend and MY GAWD I'm in love. I stopped playing GT games with GT5. I'd play them for about 10 hours and then get bored. But GT7 in VR is like what it'd be like if GOD himself created a racing game and a handset.
I bought the G29 racing wheel a month ago, but now I'm thinking of getting the G229 racing wheel that Logitech makes. But it's $400.
The gameplay of Zenith is nothing like Skyrim. Sure you can explore, but it's an MMORPG. Not a bad game, but wouldn't say it fills in for Skyrim.I'm seriously looking at Zenith. I'm not sure how it'll be solo but I want a big free roaming rpg to fill the hole that skyrim leaves. VR got me back into skyrime after I was finally done with it, but even then I was feeling like I was about burnt on it.
Done and done! I found the bundle and got them both.Get both games if you can. Moss Book I is great. I'd give it a 8.5 out of 10.

Climbing with random people was some of the most fun I had with the game lolYeah I know they are way different. I'm looking for a big map to explore freely out of it, really. Talking to strangers might be fun, too.

Even though I can play PSVR2 almost any time I want now at my bros, I'm thinking about pulling the trigger even though I have a pcvr setup. I keep thinking about GT7.
What am I driving around in these Kei car races for Care Menu 40 then? Sheesh, talk about torture.I don't think there's enough really shitty cars in gt7.
Just do it, man!Even though I can play PSVR2 almost any time I want now at my bros, I'm thinking about pulling the trigger even though I have a pcvr setup. I keep thinking about GT7.
its a function of youtubes stupid algorithm, not because they enjoy posting nonsense. youtube is a mess of a platform to build on.I genuinely dislike most of influencers, everything is always so clickbaity (for good or for bad). I own a couple maybe three VR games I haven't even loaded up.
Everytime I decide to play one of them something in my brain says just a few minutes of GT7 first which ends up being the whole time.
My brother hasn't played racers since GT2 and Daytona USA and can't stop playing GT7 in VR.
Ordering this one.Guys, how do you charge your Sense controllers? I'm contemplating buying the official charger, but maybe there are other cool options. Getting tired of using the cables to charge them.
I'm using the official charging station, but I don't love it. Getting the controllers to sit properly and charge isn't as easy as it should be.Guys, how do you charge your Sense controllers?
I just use various USB-C cables and lay them on my desk.Guys, how do you charge your Sense controllers?

Have any decent cases been released? I'm still using the box it came with.
I got this 3rd party charger because the official SUPER SUCKS! It charges the controllers and holds the headset too. Plus it looks cool in the rack.

Are you talking about the G923. I have it, it isn't worth the upgrade if you already have a G29. The better upgrade, if you're willing to fork out the cash is the Logitech Pro Racing Wheel at $999.Some people may think the GT7 in PSVR2 stuff is hype, but it's real. Official charger is not great. The controllers do not easily sit in the charger.Guys, how do you charge your Sense controllers? I'm contemplating buying the official charger, but maybe there are other cool options. Getting tired of using the cables to charge them.
I struggled with mine, but without treating you like an idiot (like me), have you tilted the dock back so the oblong cutout is FLAT to the surface. I had mine leaning forward for 3 days and struggled like fuck until I realizedOfficial charger is not great. The controllers do not easily sit in the charger.
I am thinking of ditching mine if I see any more posts like this reddit thread, as I worry about that happening if you dont take enough time to line up the charging ports correctly. It is too easy to have the controllers not seated properly in the charger.
Not really stopped working, but the haptics didn't work for me at first. I had to delete them and reassign them a couple of times, and then they just started working. Issues with the haptics in general seems to be a somewhat widespread issue according to Reddit, so let's hope they can patch it.Anyone else have the haptics stop working on the Sense controllers? It doesn't happen alot and a restart of the PS5 fixes it, but annoying nonetheless
Yeah I have spent time with it and I take extra time to line it up but not everyone is as carefull as me. My wife left the lens cloth under one of the controllers a couple of days ago which stopped my left controller charging. I also have a dog and 2 kids that could possibly knock the tv unit and move it out of position.I struggled with mine, but without treating you like an idiot (like me), have you tilted the dock back so the oblong cutout is FLAT to the surface. Now clicks in place and is pretty easy.
The Wrist Straps are a pain for charging, always slipping underneath. I remove mine for this reason.Edit

Maybe im over thinking it.

Well this site talked about the Sony charging problem.

I may not keep them on the charging dock once fully charged.
