Third parties have no reason to bail on the X1. In fact, they actually have more reason to support it. I'll give you two main reasons why.
1) Unlike the WiiU, the X1 does not have a relatively strong first party. Microsoft is easily the weakest of the big three on that front. The best microsoft exclusives, bar halo, have always come from third party sources.
2) Xbox owners buy a fuckton of games. The Xbox one still has the highest attach ratio of the big three.
While we may see the slow death of third party exclusives on the X1, its still going offer a huge opportunity for 3rd parties to make money. That alone guarantees it not suffering anything near the same fate as the WiiU.
