What do you guys think about DQ Thearhtyghmm? I'm not feeling the hype. (#104 on Amazon)
I think the art style looks really cheap (for some reason, it looked cute for FF).
How well did the FF ones do in Japan?

What's Pokemon ORAS real LTD with the double pack numbers x2?
*Some of my pics have been used for create some news in some websites, without even quoting me. That's why from now I'll sign my photos.
Then ORAS is seriously over shipped and will be hitting correctly spelt bomber bins pretty darn soon.Aren't Nintendo numbers shipments that include digital version, not sold through retail + digital? In that case, wouldn't those numbers be a max cap, not the actual results?
[3DS] Final Fantasy Explorers - 253,328 + 17,327 = 270,655
[PSV] Phantasy Star Nova - 154,954 + 16,807 = 171,761
Looking at those numbers, one has to wonder If SEGA would try their hands at another 3DS hunting co-op game again (...heh....Phantasy Star Zero-2) .
There is no free to play MMO that could cannibalize it's sales on the 3DS and the interest in hunting games is...apparently....there.
Before porting Nova to PS4, Sega should maybe see how GE:RB and Toukiden Kiwami sell. Might not be worth their time.
I thought God Eater has barely a chance coming to the West as the IP is not owned by Bandai Namco there?I'm sure the PS4 ports are for the West in both cases. I agree that PSN would be a waste of time on PS4. Maybe something like PSO2.

In the west? D3 Publisher published it over here, which is a subsidiary of Bandai Namco.I thought God Eater has barely a chance coming to the West as the IP is not owned by Bandai Namco there?
Bandai Namco own God Eater IP. Also, "Rage Burst" was trademark registered in EU recently so it'll probably be localized.I thought God Eater has barely a chance coming to the West as the IP is not owned by Bandai Namco there?

It's down to 17K weekly sales.ORAS isn't seriously overshipped with less than 200k unsold.

Thanks for the clarification. Someone argued that way recently claiming this would be why the GE2 costumes for Zestiria likely wouldn't make it over.Bandai Namco own God Eater IP. Also, "Rage Burst" was trademark registered in EU recently so it'll probably be localized.
It's obviously the sequel to Tales of Legendia!Legend of Legacy? What kind of name is that?

I'm skeptical about the success of those IP on PSV in the West, let alone PS4.
I think these are the Famitsu #s for the week (based on the fact that Road's site updated and I did the math using last week's #s... folks who actually have the magazine (which I assume you have as well Road), please correct this if there are mistakes).
Well PS4's LTD is already 2 times (probably approaching 3 times) the Vita's LTD. I'm also curious in how they will perform.

Some Square Enix iOS updates.
1.) Something unusual is happening with Rise of Mana. It's went from 800+ to 70.

Q. Could you please tell us the main reasons why you revised down your sales forecast for Consumer sub-segment?
A. One of the main reasons is the decline in the number of units sold due to various reasons including launch delays for some small-scale titles, and below our plans of "Gaist Crusher God".
Q. Are you revising the planned number of units of "Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate"?
A. We are not making any change to the original forecast for the number of units because we are achieving progress in line with our global plan.
Q. Are you making any changes to your plans for "Resident Evil Revelations 2"?
A. We are making no changes to our initial forecast.
Q. Please explain the main reasons why you revised down your forecast for sales of Mobile Contents sub-segment. Was it because your year-end sales campaign did not turn out to be as successful as you originally anticipated?
A. The year-end sales campaign went largely as we anticipated, but we recorded a decline in sales because the release timings of some titles that we had expected to start in the fourth quarter were changed.
Q. Please let us know which titles in your Mobile Contents sub-segment have been delayed.
A. There are no delays to the launch timings of any previously announced titles.
Q. Please give us your profit and loss assumptions for titles which have been delayed in the Consumer sub-segment.
A. We are unable to provide details about this, but the impact of the delays on earnings is very limited.
"Wooohooo" lolThey also spend less on advertising now since they don't release anything.
Basically, they have to ship around 1.3 million copies before March 31. (the Korean version will be out on March 26)A. We are not making any change to the original forecast for the number of units because we are achieving progress in line with our global plan.
Reasons for downward revision (Gaist Crusher and delays of small games):

I always get a 403 forbidden when visiting famitsu links. Not sure why =(.

Why would Nova be different? What does it matter that it wasnt on PSP?Both games you named was created on psp and vita that explain why both would not do big numbers on ps4.
Nova could be different
When the Vita TV is outselling you 2:1, it's time to step back for a moment and consider the situation.
