Only about 120 pages in, and I don't know if I like it or not yet. I loved Ilium, the first book in the two-part series, but this one seems a bit too clever for its own good at times. I think it's because it shines through pretty often that Dan Simmons is extremely aware of how clever he is, and therefore wants to show it as often as he can. Oh, well. Lots of excellent parts too, so I'll probably end up liking it.
