I expect things to be very much like November NPD as far as who's in what place, and by how much some systems get outsold by others -- only real difference will be total overall sales.

For some reason I really think the PS3 is gonna outsell the PS2. The poor people who would buy a PS2 for Xmas usually do their shopping on Black Friday, and even then the PS2 barely outsold it.

[WII] 1,800,000 (Wii Rain check effect or bust)
[360] 1,450,000 (did I overestimate ?, or underestimate again, just like Nov 07 ?)
[PSP] 1,050,000
[PS2] 1,000,000 (I might overestimate this one)
[PS3] 910,000 (will I underestimate this again ?)
[GBA] 200,000 (probably will not have real data for this one, just like last month.

It is very difficult to estimate the two supply constrained platform, Wii & NDS (may also include PSP and X360).

See my response to this question on the first page. Regardless, some GameStop employees are already stating that their raincheck Wiis have all come in and been picked up.

It includes Black Friday and "North America," and it doesn't include the first 5 days of January. Black Friday + "North America" > 5 days in January, so the actual PS3 numbers will almost certainly be lower for December NPD. How much lower is an unknown.
