It was out for three days.^^^
Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan barely sold at all. How did the past entries do? It seems to be selling well on the eShop. I wonder if we will ever get data about that
It's really kind of nuts to see how 3DS is barely above where GBA was in 2007, a few years after Nintendo largely abandoned it software wise.
It shows you just how influential the iPhone revolution was on the North American handheld market.
Responding to the bolded, the ASP has generally been under $185, so the majority of 3DS systems being sold are probably basic systems. With only the ASP to guide us, however, we cannot account for retailer bundling/discounting, and therefore, the reality may be slightly different.Well, keep in mind the DS lite was only $120-$130 or so. I imagine the 3DS XL sells the majority of the systems and that's a $200 system. Once it gets to a more mass market price, it should have a nice pop you'd think (probably will coincide with the Pokemon release). Nintendo has never had a handheld that cost even close to as much as the 3DS.

So you're saying majority basic shipped in the U.S. and majority XL shipped worldwide (and therefore majority XL ex-U.S.). Right? This ytd the xl was 197 of 398 shipped in the us, and 705 of 1271 shipped worldwide. They break it out in the earnings release.
So you're saying majority basic shipped in the U.S. and majority XL shipped worldwide (and therefore majority XL ex-U.S.). Right?
Yes. The numbers i posted earlier are actually The Americas, not just us. Japan is 281 of 504, and Other is 227 of 369. Americas is the worst for the xl.So you're saying majority basic shipped in the U.S. and majority XL shipped worldwide (and therefore majority XL ex-U.S.). Right?

Ah gotcha, I misremembered.
Can we get how many PS VITA titles sold over 10k in Feb?
or any other platforms
3ds 10k > (vita + wii u)x2 10k
So this means that, due to 3DS having 17 titles above 10k, Vita + Wii U should have something like 8 titles above 10k combined.
or potentially less.
We can safely assume Cod Vita, 2d mario and Nintendoland are on that shortlist.
