Yeah, I read that and immediately thought "ohh yeah!" I know it's probably kind of sad to be so happy about framerate but when I hear about people aiming for 60fps in games I smile.

This was the unlockable I was teasing. I thought it was included in GoW3 and was teasing GoW4, so my idea was a GoW4 in the present days, with a new Kratos (well, a bald marine Kratos).
But it doesn't make sense, nope?
I doubt anyone at the VGAs has even heard of Ghost Trick.

well modern day is something they have if wanted to go crazy... they are kind of screwed if they wanted to make GOW5 though.. whats next? the future?
I always though God of war 4 should be
set right after 3 but you play as a new protagonist out to kill kratos after he killed all the gods and sort of messed up the world. With that ending they can still say Kratos is still alive if they want. It would be the series kind of going full circle

Just read the playstationlifestyle take and research about the guy but...
It would take some ridiculous writing to make a huge ant fit.
First, the crank/dented mechanism noise doesn't sound like ants communication.
The scream or shriek in the end, is as loud as the panting and clanking. Unless people are turning into ants, or there are huge ants, or all small ants ressonated in one large shriek... it's not an ant shriek (according to my brother, bullet ants sound like a sharp scratchy whistle, not a scream).
Given that, what the fungus has to do with it all? Ants are getting mad and moving up, but who cares about the fungus, if the ants are apparently more deadly?
But that's not even the point.
Why the first video shows people rioting against the crowd control, biohazard control checking graves, quarantine areas, people wearing masks!?
Because of ants moving north and attacking people and turning them into big ants?
It gets even more naive when you take into account the narrator's words.
Loss of innocence because they are killing ants, or ant people, or infected with fungi people? Or killing themselves?
The last two sound more plausible.
And if you take into account the Uncharted 3 newspaper...
Why are scientists dealing with killer fungi, if there are huge ant swarm attacking people and infecting or whatever?
If there is a transmission outbreak, you deal with the transmitter first, while figuring out the disease. Which in this case wouldn't even be a virus, but a fungi.
But oh well, tonight can't come soon enough.
If the writers are as clever as some guess, I'll be in for a huge disappointment.

Just thinking about how you would make a survival horror zombie ant game and remembered there were some old movies about ants. I remember watching this one among a few others.
