just ragging on you. I've been going to meetings again the last couple weeks.ml The path I've been on my entire teen years and 20s so far have been largely defined by alcohol abuse among other things.
Last time I got drunk I had unprotected sex with a rando, spent a lotta, broke my weed vaporizer, lost my phone and I skipped out on a 10 hour double time and half holiday shift to do it. I lost about a grand total, need to get checked for diseases, and got in trouble at work.
Sex was good though.

Finally hired a babysitter had a good night alone with my wife. We went to a fundraiser and it was open bar. I paid $100 for 2 tickets but would gladly have paid $500 for the amount of drunken fun we had tonight. Go out together married with children GAF!

I have never even tasted beer, the idea of needing a drink I can't even have that feeling. I don't think it's bad or anything, just always had this feeling I should control myself not to want it I guess. I dunno man.... that seems like a bit of an excuse. An area sucking doesn't really have a direct true meaning other than people getting accustomed to saying this place sucks, nothing to do. There are things out there, you just didn't like them or find them yet but yeah don't believe there is nothing out there for you man
I'm a bartender, so that doesn't help lol.
But honestly, it just tends to put me in better mood to socialize when I'm out or with friends. Rarely drink at home, except on those days when I just need a beer. Helps me relax after a stressful day and I usually sleep better too.
Also, I wouldn't mind an invite to resetera, if anyone wants to shoot me one. 😜
add me to the list of ppl on the lookout for an account there when they open up. Of course if ppl are sending out invites would appreciate one etc. Wasnt even aware of discoursera and didnt jump onto that ship till they had already closed it off.

Open registration should open soon, I've been told within a few days but that's not 100% confirmed. So far all members are from the various community life raft discord servers. Invites can't be sent anymore to discord or the new forum.
I suppose curiosity was a thing. I was quite young when I had my first drink (stole some of my dads beer) and wanted to see if I liked it. I didnt at first, but then alcopops became a thing which helped ease the transition from soda to booze.
