New dilemma, folks. I’ve mentioned I’m trying to gain weight, so running would be counterproductive of course. At the same time I don’t want to stop altogether cause I like it and it makes me feel good.
So this is what I’m doing right now.
Mon: rest
Tue: CrossFit
Wed: rest
Thu: CrossFit
Fri: CrossFit
Sat: Running
Sunday: Running
It’s been pretty hard to reach my calorie goal, I confess, and this is making me thinking about stop running.
