Here's a tip for the tiny number of you who do horse racing, or for any newbs who don't understand or care about looking at tons of horse and jockey stats.

If you want to make it simpler and see how good the horse is without a huge 3 pt font chart, look at a horse's Equibase Speed Rating and Class Rating.

The higher the better.

The track isn't dumb though. Horses with high Speed and Class will start with low odds. Give the horse a good jockey and it'll probably be one of the favourites which means the payout is low.

Hit a 6 team 6 point teaser, but one tied so knocked down to a five teamer.

Steelers is what ties as 6 points ended up not being enough. Still cashed though. What hurt as a what could’ve been, was the other five games, didn’t even need the points and would have been a deadly 5 team parlay. Oh well! Gonna try to rake again next week.

Two games with lines over 20 points, unheard of in the NFL, but how could anybody take the points with any confidence.
