This, coupled with Watch Dogs PS4 doubling PS3 sales says a lot about the current PS4 userbase.

Then again, Warriors Orochi was just a late port, just like One Piece Unlimited World R did terrible on PS3/PSV

Soul Sacrifice was the best debut for a new Sony's ip on handhelds and Freedom Wars sold a lot better.
Very good numbers.

Yes, the only thing that came to my mind during this scene in ACUnity CG trailer was that... it's Smoky Dave.

Seems perfect in a thread where a Ubisoft game did well, and Vita did well.

Nice opening for Freedom Wars! Small bump for Vita sales too! I think this is the last big Sony exclusive for Vita? Will this good sales change Sonys opinion of the future of the Vita?

Also wow at Watch Dogs. Did not expect a 100k opening. Thats very good, especially for a new Western IP.

Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate for PS3/PSV was a late port of a late port
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate for PS4 is a late port of a late port of a late port.

How can its numbers surprise anybody?

Eh, I wouldn't go that far. It's a bit less than Chibi Dragon (moreso according to Media Create), but it's pretty decent. Besides, these games are about their legs and not FW numbers.
